Play Responsibly, Enjoy Safely
6l999 believes gaming is a fun form of entertainment — and it stays that way when you know your limits and play with awareness. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines are here to help you stay in control at all times.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
Set your own limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A 7-day cooling-off period applies before any limit increase takes effect.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Use the time-out option to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, login and betting will be completely disabled.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion process to close your account for an extended period. This decision is entirely yours — we will support you through the whole process.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Once the time is up, you will automatically receive a warning and your session can be ended if needed. This helps prevent the habit of playing for long stretches.
Loss Limit Setting
Set a limit on how much you can lose before betting is stopped. This is a strong financial safety net that protects you from chasing losses and losing even more.
24/7 Support
If you feel you need help at any time, contact us via 6l999's live chat or email. Our Bengali-speaking support team is always by your side — without judgment.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Responsible gaming means playing in a way where gaming remains a form of entertainment — not a solution to life's problems or a source of income. At 6l999, we place the wellbeing and peace of mind of our players above all else. We use SSL encryption, fair play practices, and multiple protection tools to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming environment.
Online gaming is an adult entertainment activity. The minimum age to open an account at 6l999 is 21. No one below this age is permitted to use our platform. If there are minors in your household, keep your device and account information secure from them.
Remember: Gaming is never a way to solve financial problems. Placing more bets in an attempt to recover lost money only makes the situation worse. If you ever feel things are getting out of control, contact us immediately.
Before spending any money on gaming, ask yourself — if I lose this amount, will it affect my daily life? If the answer is no, you are within a safe limit. Always game from your entertainment budget — never from household expenses, debt repayments, or emergency funds.
Healthy Gaming Tips: Take regular breaks, avoid playing for long stretches at a time, and spend time with family and friends outside of gaming.

Assess Yourself
Ask yourself the following questions. If your answer is yes to one or more, consider seeking help.
Have you spent more than your planned budget, or felt the urge to do so?
Have you placed more bets to try to recover money you lost?
Has gaming caused you to lose interest in your family, friends, or work?
Do you feel restless, irritated, or stressed when you cannot game?
Do you hide your gaming habits from family or friends?
Have you ever had to borrow money or sell assets because of financial pressure from gaming?
If your answer to any of the above is yes, take a break and contact our support team. We will help you take the right steps — without judgment or pressure.
Deposit Limits & Financial Safety
How Deposit Limits Work
At 6l999, you can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day reflection period (cooling-off period) — your previous limit remains in place during this time.
The minimum deposit amount at 6l999 is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. This applies across all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Self-Exclusion Process
Self-exclusion is a strong measure that allows you to close your account for an extended period. To activate it, contact us via live chat or at [email protected].
No new accounts may be opened during the self-exclusion period. Your existing balance will remain safe and can be withdrawn after the designated period ends. This process is completely confidential.
Time Limits & Time-Out
Time-out gives you the opportunity for a temporary break. Choose any duration from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, login to your account will be completely disabled.
To prevent long gaming sessions, set a time limit for each session. Once the time is up, you will receive a warning message and can choose to end the session.
Realistic Expectations
Online gaming always carries a mathematical advantage for the house. Staying consistently profitable over the long term is not possible — so treat gaming purely as entertainment.
Enjoy bonuses and promotional offers, but make sure you understand their terms and conditions. Withdrawal is not possible if the wagering requirements attached to a bonus are not met — read all terms before making a decision.
